Visual identity for kids clothing shop Kids District. The store is set up as an environment, in which its young customers feel that it is their territory, a Kids District. The sticker is a common medium for kids to mark their spot and their belongings; this fact was used as the starting point of the store’s visual identity. The final product has become a do-it-yourself project. The staff as well as the customer is able to make visual expressions (business cards, packaging, bags, etc.) themselves and on the spot. Kids District starts with 9.000 stickers (in five colours), approximately 2.000 plain white bags and 1.000 blank business cards. The colors and content used for this season may change frequently, according to the spirit, mood and fashion of the moment. Concept & design by Woes van Haaften. Coordinated by Shiran Gort.
