This year at the Salone del Mobile in Milan, Found by James and Dutch designer Lex Pott are proud to present their limited edition art project True Colours Miniatures.

Together with Circus Family we’ve made this video. Special thanks to Taco Potma and Savi Kuruppu.

If you want to know more about Lex Pott, his vision on design and his inspirations, read the James’ interview with him.

New stickers we’ve made to promote our company. Attractive and effective advertisement won’t hurt nobody…

Yesterday an article about our Europ of Euronder? project was published in the Dutch newspaper de Volkskrant. Read it here (PDF 240KB).

‎Found by James in the top 10 ‘Reasons to be cheerful’ of JFK Magazine (#32, March 2012).

Recently we were invited to give a presentation on ‘Creativity’ at the Dutch HQ of Sogeti. These ‘Sterke Verhalen’ lectures, given by professionals outside the daily business of Sogeti, are organized to inspire their consultants.

We choose ‘Creavitivity & Sampling’ as the theme for our presentation, since giving a twist to the familiar is part of our strategy.

It turned out to be an interesting and fruitful evening for us, but the audience was definitely entertained as well. We saw happy faces during the presentation and received appreciation through the evaluation forms. A small selection of examples we used (from inspiring artist, other agencies and ourselves) you can find below.

Thanks to Remko Spaan.

In collaboration with Iksi we’ve upgraded the webshop / online gallery Found by James. Due to these adjustments Found by James is capable to grow to the design platform it slowly seems to become.

Now the homepage shows all James’ activities. In the header you can filter the features by Shop, Notes and Interviews. Places is added as well; on this page all the content of the site is categorized by city or location.

We are very happy with the new and improved Hope you’ll also enjoy it. Spread the word!

PS. Check out the interview James recently had with ‘typologist’ Julien Renault from Brussels and the Press release is updated as well.

SAY 100 caught up with James and asked him to tell more about where he finds his coolest stuff, the most popular things he sells - and who’s in his top 10 for independent design publishers. Check the interview here.

We just launched the Equipe Financière website. Besides the design we were also responsible for converting Equipe’s philosophy to informative and promoting texts for (external) online use.

Where competitors overload readers with incomprehensible details and leave them with impersonal application forms on their websites, we wanted to provide Equipe with a clear look & feel, matching the companies unique approach, and to-the-point information. Therefore we choose a ‘one-pager’ with the characteristic quotes that triggers different types of people to get in touch with Equipe Financière in person; the only way to make a team work.

All copywriting was done in collaboration with Cathalijne Gietman, web development by Iksi. More about our previous work for Equipe Financière here.
